Prose Unit #2

As we read "Editha" by W.D. Howells, we will be working toward the AP Literature standards.  This is new.

In the past I've given students questions that they answer.  But this year I'm giving students the standards, and asking each group to be responsible for creating their own evidence that they've met & exceeded the standard.

Day 1: Read the story (10 pages)
Day 2: Decide which group member will become the expert of which standard.  Create your own evidence of mastery.
Day 3: Show up with all your evidence of mastery & be sure that each group member understands each standard.
